Castle Hill Medical Centre is pleased to offer a new service for our patients who wish to contact a GP after normal hours.

 

Rather than wait until the morning or have a doctor who doesn’t know your medical history see you it is now possible to request a video call with a CHMC GP who will have immediate access to your full medical history.

 

This service is only available to existing CHMC customers and requires sign up and pre-payment for each consultation.

 

How does it work?

Once you have decided that you wish to have a consultation you will be asked a series of questions that determine the suitability of the request. If it is a medical emergency you should call 000 or go immediately to the nearest Emergency department. Once the questionnaire is completed our GP will advise of the next steps which may include options other than a video consult.

 

This service is available between 9pm and 7am only.

 

Fees

 

Each GP sets their own fees for this service however you should expect to pay between $129 and $159 for a consultation. No part of your fee is covered by Medicare at this time.

Payment is via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can use your credit card.
