It is time for us to take care about what is most important. Our health. A lot of us have used the holidays as an excuse to overindulge unhealthy foods and also not make time to exercise. Did you know 1 in 3 children and over 1 million Australians have eczema? What is eczema? Eczema (Atopic Dermatitis) is a chronic inflammatory skin condition.
