I graduated from Shanghai Second Medical University in 2001 and have subsequently completed Master of Medicine at The University of Sydney. I am also a diplomate from The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (2011) and hold a diploma in Child Health from The University of Sydney and The Children's Hospital at Westmead (2013).
I have been a GP in Castle Hill for over 40 years and enjoy looking after my patients. It is a privilege and a fulfilling experience to share with them and their families in the ups and downs of their lives over several generations - sometimes 4 generations of the same family at the one time!
I am a UK graduate who first came to Australia in 2002. After initially specialising in Emergency Medicine, I have been a GP since 2008. I am happy to see all patients, but certainly seem to spend a lot of my time seeing families. I have also spent time working in a skin cancer clinic, and commonly do procedures here at Castle Hill Medical Centre.
I graduated from the UNSW and upon graduation I gained my experience working in the Wollongong & Liverpool area for a number of years. I decided to enter General Practice when I moved into the Hills District & have worked in family general practices from Windsor to North Sydney. I have now worked in Castle Hill in general practice for over 20 years and have been part of the team at CHMC for more than 12 years now.
As an experienced GP I believe passionately that good quality primary care helps people to be happier and to live longer. Having been in practice for over 40 years, with more than half of that in the Hills, I have many patients who agree. As a parent and now grandparent, I am passionate about supporting families through all of their lives and seeing them grow and prosper in the Hills community.
