Please be informed that as of 01 July 2022, fee adjustments will be made to our practices. Due to Medicare rebate increment of only 1.6% and growing inflation, we unfortunately have no option than to increase fees for many items.
This is the first increase we have applied in four years and is required so that Castle Hill Medical Centre can continue to provide you and your family with safe, high-quality medical care whilst also covering the rising costs of running a business.
Your doctor will explain any additional cost to you and obtain your consent prior to any treatment received.
Consultation fees will be the same at both locations in Castle Hill from June 1.
Telehealth Consultation Fees:
From May 2022, we have been taking payment details at the time of booking and by making a telehealth appointment with us, you are agreeing to pay the full fee for the consultation.
Due to the increasing demand for telehealth services and the time it takes to provide the appropriate clinical care, from July 1, telehealth appointments will be billed at the same price as the in-room consultation. The fee is applicable to all patients and includes script and referral requests. Fees for standard consultations will be displayed online or advised by our staff at the time of booking.
