In collaboration with the NSW Department of Health, Castle Hill Medical Centre runs a Respiratory Clinic for people with respiratory symptoms. The clinic is located across the road from the main medical centre at 2/268 Old Northern Rd.

People with any of the following symptoms are strongly encouraged to make an appointment to attend the clinic: fever, dry cough, sore/scratchy throat, runny or stuffy nose, shortness of breath.

Other symptoms may include: loss of taste or smell, aches and pains, headache, conjunctivitis, diarrhea, a rash on skin or discoloration of fingers or toes.

Please do not come to the main medical centre for your appointment –
go straight to the clinic, which has its own reception desk.

People who have any of these symptoms and meet any of the following criteria are encouraged to book a telehealth appointment with their regular GP in the first instance: over 70, or over 50 and identifies as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background, or has a chronic health condition, or pregnant or a parent of a child under 12 months. However, if telehealth is not possible for you, please consider booking an appointment at the respiratory clinic.

This clinic is by appointment only and is free for patients. All patients tested for COVID-19 are required to and must home isolate until test results are provided by medical staff.
