It is time for us to take care about what is most important. Our health. A lot of us have used the holidays as an excuse to overindulge unhealthy foods and also not make time to exercise.

Why exercise?

  • improves cardiovascular fitness
  • reduce cholesterol levels and lower blood pressure
  • reduce the risk of osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes and some cancers
  • reduce weight


Psychological benefits:

  • helps the release of certain ”feel good’ chemicals which improves mood and energy levels
  • increases mental clarity
  • exercising with others improves social contact and communication
