Castle Hill Medical Centre is privately billed practice offering a wide variety of services from general GP, preventative health, nursing and a broad range of allied health.

We accept appointments and walk-ins and provide the highest health care for our patients. Come visit us and experience the difference in patient care.

We are easily accessed via public transport as we are located just 240 metres from Castle Hill Metro and bus depo. Only stops away from Kellyville, Bella Vista, Glenhaven, Dural, Cherrybrook, Baulkham Hills and West Pennant Hills.

If you cannot get through or we are closed and you are feeling very unwell, please phone Westmead Hospital on 8890 5555 or Blacktown Hospital on 9882 8215 for advice. If it is an emergency dial 000.


Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our team and our patients is paramount. Therefore, anyone who is experiencing cold & flu symptoms (including sore throat, cough, runny nose, tiredness or shortness of breath – with or without fever) should not come to the centre, but will be initially assessed at home by phone via a Telehealth consultation.


For anyone who has a Medicare card - this service will be bulk billed.


If you are an existing patient of the practice, a Telehealth consult can be organised by phoning us on 9634 5000 or by visiting HotDoc, selecting the Telehealth appointment type and following the prompts.


If you are a new patient or do not have a Medicare card – please contact us on 9634 5000.


Please note that if you attend the surgery without an appointment, you will be asked you to return to your car. We will then phone you to make suitable arrangements for your care.


Eligibility for testing for coronavirus is very limited and we are not able to do this testing at the centre.


We appreciate that this is a challenging time for us all – but we will not tolerate any form of abusive behaviour towards any member of our team or other patients.
