Sydney’s lockdown has been difficult on all of us, from homeschooling the kids, to missing out on our favourite restaurant dishes, to not being able to go to the gym or play team sports. The last thing we need during lockdown is back pain or neck pain!!
However, with so many people now working from home, these aches and pains are becoming more and more common. Here are some quick tips to get you going again if your back or neck is playing up:

stand up every 30 minutes to stretch or just have a quick walk around the house

make sure your computer screen is at an arm’s length from you, and eye-level

make sure you maintain good posture: use a chair with proper support that keeps a slight arch in the lower back; and don’t hunch!
